QUATIER, Myrtle I.

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ July 12, 1995, p. 2 Myrtle I. Quatier of Wickenburg died July 7 in Wickenburg. She was 93. Mrs. Quatier was born October 17, 1901 in Pierre, South Dakota. She had lived in Arizona for 32 years. Mrs. Quatier married her husband, Emmet, in 1923. They worked as farmers all their married lived. They also enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. and settled in Wickenburg at the Desert Cypress Trailer Park. She is survived by two sisters, Rose Eveleth of Vancouver, Washington and Ruth Shadley of Boise, Idaho; grandson Dwayne Quatier of Mesa; and niece Trudy McKnight of Mesa. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett, in 1993. A memorial service will be held at Brown’s Wickenburg Funeral Home Chapel Saturday, July 15 at 4 p.m. Private cremation with interment of cremains will be in Colorado at a later date. All arrangements were handled by Brown’s Wickenburg Funeral Home.
