Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, AZ Friday, March 18, 2011 Daniel "Danny" Rene Sanchez, 45, died Wednesday, March 16, 2011. Mr. Sanchez was born March 26, 1965, in Winslow. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, a great game of golf, spending time outdoors, coaching softball and baseball, cooking for others and telling jokes. He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Sanchez; son-in-law Jaysen Brown; son Jason Sackett; daughter-in-law Jessica Pena; two grandchildren; father Daniel Sanchez; brother Ruben Sanchez (Mitzy); sisters Beatrice and Mary Sanchez; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by mother Margaret Sanchez; sister Patricia Sanchez; brother-in-law Edward Levitch; and mother-in-law Alice Levitch. A service will be today at 10 a.m. at Madre de Dios, in Winslow, followed by a luncheon. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers are welcomed.
