The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ Saturday, March 19, 2011 Roger W. Martin (1927 - 2011) Roger W. Martin, 83, of Cottonwood, died Jan. 28. He was born Dec. 1, 1927. in Pasadena, Calif., the son of Ray G. and Katherine Martin. He graduated from University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree. He worked in industrial management. Roger was a member of the Central Arizona Mode Plane Club. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. He leaves his wife of 56 years, Lois Martin; a daughter, Kathryn Youngworth (Chris) of San Jose, Calif.; and four grandchildren. Private services were held.
