The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ July 19, 1995, p. 2 John R. Martin of Wickenburg died July 16 in Wickenburg. He was 74. Mr. Martin was born October 26, 1920 in Carrizozo, New Mexico. Mr. Martin was a retired dry cleaning shop owner, who owned a business in San Jose, California. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Kellis Draper American Legion Post No. 12 in Wickenburg. Survivors include a sister, Evelyn J. Little; and four nephews. Memorial services will be held today (Wednesday, July 19) at 11 a.m. at A. L. Moore and Sons Mortuary in Phoenix.
