The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, March 21, 2011 James Randal Noonan, 79, of Prescott, Ariz., born Jan. 16, 1932, in Hewitt, Wis., passed away March 19, 2011. Visitation will be 3 to 5 p.m. March 23, 2011, with a Scripture Rosary at 5 p.m. at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carleton streets. A celebration of life will be 11 a.m. March 24, 2011, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury St., Prescott. Interment will be in Marshfield, Wis. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
