B. Rose Noyes, 95, of Prescott, Ariz., born July 12, 1915, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, passed away March 19, 2011.
A private cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley.
Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.

Rose was born July 12, 1915 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, the daughter of John and Beatrice (Lomax) Taylor. She graduated valedictorian and gold medalist from the Business Collegiate of Westdale Secondary School in Hamilton. Rose provided secretarial services for the Zimmer Knit Mill for about eight years and later worked for a short time for the registrar of McMaster University.
Rose was united in marriage to Arthur Alfred Noyes on July 22, 1939, at Delta Tabernacle, Hamilton. A son, Lorne Arthur, was born to this union; together they resided in Hamilton until 1956, at which time they moved to Phoenix, Arizona. Her husband died November 26, 1994. Since 1998, Rose has resided in Prescott, Arizona.
Self-taught as a very small child, Rose was a very talented pianist. She was a dedicated choir member of Hamilton’s Delta Tabernacle and the Biltmore Bible Church in Phoenix, a devout Christian homemaker and a loving mother. She enjoyed cooking, flowers, writing poetry and keeping in touch with her friends and family.
Beatrice Rose Noyes passed from this life on Saturday, the 19th of March, 2011. She was 95 years of age. Her son and daughter-in-law, Lorne and Susan (Smith) Noyes of Prescott, survive her. Her brother-in-law and only sister, John Charles & Frances May Kent also preceded her in death.
