Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, AZ Wednesday, March 23, 2011 Agatha L. Meade, age 73, of San Carlos, Ariz. passed away on March 15, 2011 at San Carlos Indian Hospital. She was born in San Carlos on Dec. 28, 1937, the daughter of Willis and May Lockwood. She worked as a secretary for the San Carlos Apache Tribe as well as a waitress and homemaker. Agatha is preceded in death by her first husband, Orville H. Pahe, Sr.; her son, Sheldon James Pahe; sisters, Ruby Modless, Josie Galson, Bertha Irving and Inez Sprengeler. Agatha is survived by her husband, Arnold Meade; sons, Oville H. Pahe, Jr., William D. Pahe, Sr., Steven L. Pahe, Sr. and Paul P. Pahe; her sister, Alutha Johnson; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Wake will be on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 4 p.m. at Agatha L. Meade’s Residence onWhite Mountain Ave. Funeral Services will be Sunday, March 27, 2011 at 1 p.m. at Agatha Meade’s Residence. Interment will be at Lockwood Cemetery, San Carlos, Ariz. Assisting the family; Lamont Mortuary of Globe.
