NOSIE, Duane Harley

Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, AZ Wednesday, March 23, 2011 Duane Harley Nosie, age 48, of San Carlos, Ariz. passed away on March 16, 2011 at Mt. Vista Medical Center in Mesa, Ariz. He was born in San Carlos, Ariz. on July 1, 1962, the son of Andrew and Isla Nosie. He worked as a cook at the Gila County Hospital. Duane was a very hard working man, who enjoyed making buckskin outfits for girls that were having their Sunrise Dance. Duane is survived by his daughter, Amber Nosie; his sister, Joyce Nosie; his brothers, Hubert Nanty, Alvin Nosie, Andrew Nosie, Jr. and half-brother, John Nosie. A Wake will be held on Friday, March 25, 2011 at 4 p.m. at Isla Victor’s Residence. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 1 p.m. at Rice Gym. Interment will be at San Carlos Cemetery. Assisting the family; Lamont Mortuary of Globe.
