The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ October 11, 1995, p. 2 Helen Davis Packard, of Wickenburg, died October 4, in Wickenburg. She was 86. Mrs. Packard was born June 23, 1909 in New York, New York. She had lived in Arizona for 46 years, coming here from Colorado. Mrs. Packard, beloved wife of the late William Guthrie Packard, passed away peacefully at their home in Wickenburg. She spent most of her life between her homes in Wickenburg and Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was a member of the Los Caballeros Golf Club, Broadmoor Golf Club, Cheyenne Mountain Country Club, and Garden of the Gods Club. She is survived by sons William Guthrie Jr. and Peter Davis; and grandchildren William Guthrie III, Heath Andrew Austin, Elizabeth Anne, Justin Davis, and Christopher Bryant, all of Scottsdale. Funeral services will be held at St. Alban Episcopal Church Saturday, October 14 at 10:30 a.m. The Rev. Dan Gerrard will officiate. Funeral services will also be held in Colorado Springs Saturday, October 21 at the Chapel of Our Savior at 2p.m. with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Packard’s name to St. Alban Episcopal Church, 357 W. Yavapai, Wickenburg, AZ 85390 or the Penrose Cancer Research Center, P.O.
