The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ October 11, 1995, p. 9 Lonnie G. Mitchell, of Wickenburg, died October 3 in Wickenburg. He was 81. Mr. Mitchell was born in Princeton, Kentucky. He had lived in Wickenburg for 10 years. Mr. Mitchell was a superintendent of school buses for Lyon County Schools in Kentucky. He retired with 30 years of service. Mr. Mitchell was a deacon in the first Baptist Church of Congress. He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther. He is survived by his son, Mike of Arkansas; daughters Yvonne Armstrong of Princeton, Kentucky and Marie Shaw of Clarksville, Tennessee; three sisters and three brothers, all of Kentucky. Memorial services have been held. Burial will be in Kentucky. Arrangements were handled by Brown’s Wickenburg Funeral Home.
