Pearl E. New, of Phoenix, died November  3.  She was 108.  Mrs. New was born April 10, 1887 in Syracuse, New York.

Mrs. New was a homemaker and a member of the Palmcroft Baptist Church.

She is survived by daughter Charlotte Griffith of Tempe; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and nieces and nephews of Wickenburg.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 8(today) at noon at Palmcroft Baptist Church, 15825 N. 35th Avenue, Phoenix, with services to follow at 1 p.m.

A.L. Moore and Sons Mortuary handled the arrangements.
