The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ December 6, 1995, p. 2 Jesse James Bingham, of Wilhoit, died November 29 in Wilhoit. He was 74. Mr. Gingham was born August 10, 1921 in Keota, Oklahoma. He had lived in Arizona for the last 15 years, coming here from Oregon. He served in the U.S. Navy for 30 years, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 79 in Yarnell, where he loved to spend time playing the bass and cribbage with his follow members. Mr. Bingham is survived by Frances J. Westmoland. Services were held Monday, December 4 at American Legion Post No. 79 in Yarnell. Commander Bill Dickey and American Legion Post No. 79 officiated. Memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Bingham’s name to the American Legion Post No. 79, P.O. Box 341, Yarnell, AZ 85362, Attention: Commander Bill Dickey.
