Richard H. Anderson formerly of Wickenburg died December 12 in Denver, Colorado. He was 66. He was born February 8, 1931 in Seattle, Washington to William and Jean Anderson.
He married Doris A Hendershot on April 2, 1950 in Stanwood, Washington. He was a retired electrical engineer. He also was a lifelong member of the Elks and the Moose Lodges. He was a partner with his wife, daughter and son-in-law at TravelMasters in Wickenburg. Before that, he lived in Iran, Zaire and 24 years in Alaska.
He is survived by his wife Dori; brother, Peter; sons Richard Anderson and Dave Anderson; daughter Kristy Bedoian, grandchildren Sally (Bedoian) Killoran, Emily Bedorian, Janel Anderson and Kristy Anderson and his great-granddaughter Hannah Killoran. He is preceded in death by his parents.
He loved his wife and children deeply.
There will be a memorial service at 2 pm Saturday (January 10) at the Gospel Outreach Christian center, 505 W. Wickenburg Way.
His wife requests in lieu of flowers any memorial contributions may be made to Gospel Outreach Christian School, of which Mrs. Anderson was especially fond.
