Evelyn G. Watkins of Wikieup, died January 6 in Wickenburg.  She was 71.  Mrs. Watkins was born June 10, 1926 in Sweetwater, Texas.  She had lived in Arizona for the past 55 years, coming from California.

Survivors include her daughter, Christine Walker of Wikieup; son Dan Walker of Wikieup; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at the Wikieup Bible Church, with burial to follow in the Mountain View Cemetery in Kingman.  Myron Storing will officiate.
