The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, March 23, 2011 Frances Allen, 96, of Prescott, Ariz., born Dec. 3, 1914, in Chicago, Ill., passed away March 22, 2011. Rosary service will be 7 p.m. March 24, 2011, at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carlton, with visitation two hours before. A celebration of life Mass will be 11 a.m. March 25, 2011, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury, Prescott. Final commendation will be in Monterey, Calif. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
