The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ April 22, 1998, p. 16 Dewey Hartford Dawson of Wickenburg died April 17 in Prescott. He was 76. Mr. Dawson was born December 16, 1921 in Penn Laird, Virginia. He had lived in Arizona for the pat 42 years. Survivors include his wife, Barbara L. Dawson; daughters Judy Richmond of Elkhart, Indiana and Jacque Stone of Buckeye; step-daughter Kathie Ledford of Wilcox; step-sons Dan Franklin of Wickenburg and Joe Franklin of Congress; and 18 grandchildren. Private services have been held.
