The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ April 22, 1998, p. 16 Linnie I. Phelps of Circle City died April 16 in Peoria. She was 91. Mrs. Phelps was born October 5, 1906 in Warsaw, Missouri. She had lived in Arizona for the past 3 ½ years. Survivors include a daughter, Mary E. Krishnamurty of California; and a son, Philip Blackwell of Iowa. Private services have been held.
