Bud is survived by his children, John Stuart of Grants Pass, OR, Keith Richey of N.J., Raelyn Salcedo of Corona, CA, Judy Richey of Phoenix, AZ, 4 grandchildren, brother, Arthur Richey, Jr. of Highland, CA, 2 sisters, Susa Mae Kidwell of Sonoma, Ca. and Barbara Wessel of Grand Junction, CO.
