Dr. Robert William Mathies, 75, of Prescott, Ariz., born on Oct. 28, 1935, in Hammond, Ind., died March 22, 2011, in Prescott.

Celebration of life will take place at 1:30 p.m. April 16, 2011, at Prescott United Methodist Church, 505 W. Gurley St.

The family requests memorial donations to charities serving needy people worldwide.
