MCDONOUGH, Marsha Gayle

The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ October 25, 2006 Marsha Gayle McDonough, 59, died on Oct. 20, 2006, in Cottonwood. She was born Nov. 9, 1946, in Langdale, Ala. She loved puzzle books, gardening and collecting butterflies. Gayle worked many years in the Verde Valley as a health care giver where her patient, loving nature brought comfort to all whose life she touched. She is survived by five children, Helen Kathleen McDonough of Ventura, Calif., Ina Kristine Hunt, of Prescott, William Joseph McDonough of Snowflake, Patricia Lynn Lerette of Prescott, and John Coleman McDonough of Cottonwood; 11 grandchildren, four brothers and three sisters. There is no funeral service by choice, and any contributions in her name to cancer research will be greatly appreciated.
