The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ July 15, 1998, p. 12 Russell W. Tyler of Congress died July 9 in Prescott. He was 33. Mr. Tyler was born April 3, 1965 in Jackson, Wyoming. Survivors include his mother and step-father, Kathy (Conley) and Darrel Goodwin; and two sisters, Sandy Taylor of Congress and Sheri Snyder of South Dakota. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 18 at the Congress Community Church.
