The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ July 22, 1998, p. 12 Vaughn L. Kirkpatrick of Congress, died July 13 in Wickenburg. He was 81. Mr. Kirkpatrick was born February 25, 1917 in Benkleman, Nebraska. He had lived in Arizona for the past four months, coming from Wyoming. Survivors include his wife, Sandra, of Congress; daughters Marlyn Meredith and Sheryl Mayfield, both of Colorado; sister, Bernita Hill of Colorado; brother Duane of Washington; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services will be at a later date in Fort Collins, Colorado.
