HANSEN, Enoch


The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ August 12, 1998, p. 12 Enoch Hansen of Wickenburg died August 9 in Sun City West. He was 77. Mr. Hansen was born August 21, 1920 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He had lived in Arizona for 18 years, having moved from Idaho. Mr. Hansen served in the Merchant Marines during World War II and was a retired truck driver of 28 years. Mr. Hansen was a former resident of Pocatello, Idaho, where he worked many years with Garrett Freight Lines. He enjoyed deep sea fishing as well as camping and lake fishing. He also enjoyed socializing with friends and family. He was a loving, caring husband and father who enjoyed life and will be greatly missed by all who know him. Survivors include his spouse Corda Anna Ruth Lewis Hansen; sister, Elissa Blach; sons Michael E. Hansen, Douglas W. Hansen, Jeffery J. Hansen, Clesie Ray Hansen and Michael J. Hansen; daughters Vicki Hansen Ray, Cathy Hansen Thomas, Christine Hansen, Elissa Hansen Bruley, Lisa A. Hansen Clements and Kelly J. Hansen Arnold; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Malfred Hansen and Nels Christian Hansen, both from Denmark; sister, Helga Pherson and grandson Jacob Enoch Hansen No services are planned. Frey Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wickenburg handled all the arrangements.
