Survivors include his parents Trina Lind and Rudy Leos of Phoenix; grandparents Carl and Laura Lind of Wittmann; great-grandparents Carl A. and Gail Lind of Wickenburg, and Roger and Peggy Douglass of Phoenix; and great-grandmother Ruby and Uncle Lucky Lind. Services will be at a later date.
