The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ August 19, 1998, p. 14 Raymond F. Scott of Congress died August 13 in Phoenix. He was 77. Mr. Scott was born May 8, 1921 in Washington, D.C. He had lived in Arizona for the past year, coming from Colorado. Survivors include his wife, Gayle Scott of Congress; sons Wayne Paul Scott and Ray Guy Scott, both of New Jersey; step-children Carl Lee McCulley of Pennsylvania, Davis Ross McCulley of Colorado, Gaylene McCulley Bliss of New Jersey and Tammy McCulley Trinker of Arizona; grandchildren Lisa and Scott of New Jersey and Kim Robles of Michigan; and great-grandchild Gabnella Teresa Robles. Services have been held.
