Mrs. Phillips was born December 27, 1924 in Detroit, Michigan. She had lived in Arizona for the past 54 years, coming from Michigan. Survivors include her husband, E. Andy Phillips of Kingman; daughters Alondra K. (Phillips) Roehler of Wickenburg and Andrea M. (Phillips) Wrubel of Las Vegas, Nevada; grandchildren Michelle E. and Andrew R. Roehler of Wickenburg and Laureen A. Phillips and Ryan D. Wurbel of Las Vegas. Visitation will be from 10-10:45 a.m. Saturday, October 3 at Frey Funeral Home. Services will follow at 11 a.m. at the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery. Pastor Joe Pack Arnold will officiate. Memorial Services will be Monday, October 5 at 7 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church of Wickenburg.
