Gerald T. “Jerry” Owen of Peeples Valley, died October 16 in Peeples Valley.  He was 66.  Mr. Owen was born September 18, 1932 in Northfield, Texas.  He had lived in Arizona for the past 45 years, coming from Texas.

Survivors include his wife, Gloria of Peeples Valley; daughters Nanette Burcham, Karen Bond and Rebecca Owen; sons Butch Burcham and Chris and Daniel Owen; four great-grandchildren; and sisters Arvalee Freeman and Doris Allen of Texas.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, October 23 at the Yarnell Community Presbyterian Church in Yarnell.  Pastor Paul Jones will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Genung Cemetery in Peeples Valley.
