The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ November 4, 1998, p. 18 Alive E. (Johnson) Mackey of Yarnell died October 30. She was 87. Mrs. Mackey was born in 1911 in Dawson, Minnesota. She had lived in Arizona since 1960, when she and her late husband, Everett, moved to Yarnell to raise their family and operate the Yarnell Water Co. She was active in the community and a co-founder of the Yarnell Public Library. Survivors include two sons, Richard, a 1968 graduate of Wickenburg High School and his wife, Pam, and Charles and his wife, Toni; three grandsons; and one granddaughter. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 7 at the Yarnell Community Church.
