The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ January 12, 1984, p. 20 DeLoris L. Crooks, of Wickenburg, died Jan. 4 at the Wickenburg Community Hospital at the age of 70. Crooks was born July 15, 1913, in Sananburg, Kans., and had lived in Arizona most of her life. She was the wife of the late Jess Crooks, a member of the Wickenburg Elks Ladies Auxiliary and the only honorary member of the Saguaro Janes Ladies Club, of Wittmann. Visitation was Jan. 9. Services were Jan. 10 at 11a.m. At the Wickenburg Funeral Home with Rev. Chester Marquis of Wickenburg's First Presbyterian Church officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wickenburg Community Hospital building fund.
