Chavez; sister, Ramona Chavez; brother, Frank Chavez; 6 neices; 5 nephews; and 9 great-nieces/nephews. His passing was proceeded by his brother, Joe Chavez. Visitation is July 1, 2003, 5-8pm, Rosary at 7pm, Botimer Funeral Home, 1641 E. Jefferson, Phoeinx. Serivces are July 2, 9am, Immaculate Heart Church, 909 E. Washington, Phoenix, AZ.
