Raymond Anthony Szul, 47, of Phoenix, a construction laborer died December 28, 1996.  He was born in Trenton, N. J., and was a Vietnam War Marine Corps veteran.  Survivors include his daughter, Melissa; sons, Keith Dooling and Anthony; sisters, Maryann Morocco and Emily Palumbo.  Visitation was at Best Funeral Services Chapel, 9380 W. Peoria Ave., Peoria.  Services at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix.  Contributions to a favorite charity.  Published in The Arizona Republic 31 December 1996.
