He was born June 16, 1936 in Seattle, Washington, the son of Ralph M. Dulin and Zella Helen Dulin. He served his country in the Navy where he served as a radio operator. Mr. Dulin was a retired business owner as a manufacturer’s representative in Everett, Washington. He enjoyed horses, outdoors, flying, boating and fishing. He leaves his wife of 23 years Lucie; sons Mark (Penny) of Aberdeen, Washington, and Doug of Mount Vernon, Washington; daughters, Denise Dulin of Vancouver, Washington, Michele Campbell (Jamie) of Arlington, Washington and Melody Elefson (Tod) of Indonesia; a sister Denis Staab (Dennis) Puyallup, Washington; and Rachelle Lessard (Steve) of Puyallup, Washington; and six grandchildren.
