Sally B. Pasiuk, 75, formerly of Flagstaff, died Sunday, Feb. 20, 2011, at Hospice of the Valley in Surprise.

Mrs. Pasiuk was born July 14, 1935, in Detroit. She was retired from working in cargo sales for Flying Tiger Airlines. She was a member of Eastern Star and enjoyed weaving and spending time with her family. She lived in Flagstaff from 1991 to 2000.

Mrs. Pasiuk is survived by daughter Lisa Smith (Tedd) of Flagstaff; son Greg Costante (Barb) of Michigan; mother Estelle Aldrich of Texas; sister Mary Shay of Texas; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Pasiuk.

A service will be Saturday at noon at Episcopal Church of the Epiphany in Flagstaff. The family requests that memorial donations be made to Lupus Foundation of America.

Palm Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
