The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, July 6, 2003 Sally Virginia Smiley, 64, of Phoenix, passed away Monday, June 30, 2003. She was born October 29, 1938 in Conneaut, Ohio and moved to Arizona July 1, 1978, working as a legal secretary. Married February 14, 1983, she is survived by her husband Michael. Also survived by her brother Robert Skinner; Daughters Karen Mallorie and Judy Stadeli; Step-daughters Michelle Brazelton and Shannon Sand-strom; and 15 grandchildren. Private services are planned. Donations may be made to the Arizona Humane Society, Phx. Newcomer Family Mortuary of Scottsdale assisted the family.
