The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, July 2, 2003 Teresa "Jane" Courville, 51, of Glendale, AZ. passed away on June 30, 2003. Jane was born March 15, 1952 in Wichita, KS the daughter of James and Dorothy Fisher. Her husband, Dennis L. Courville, to whom she was happily married for 29 years, son Philip and daughter Sarah, survive Jane. Jane grew up in Wichita KS, graduated from Mt. Carmel Academy and attended Kansas State University. Jane and Dennis moved to Phoenix in 1975. Jane worked for Valley National Bank, Bank One and most recently as Assistant Vice-President of Administration for Arizona Business Bank. Jane enjoyed her volunteer work at Banner Thunderbird Samaritan Hospital and St. Helen's Catholic Church. Others survivors include her parents James and Dorothy Fisher of Oklahoma City, OK; her three sisters, Nancy Synder (Bob) of Manhattan, KS; Joy Fisher of Phoenix, AZ and Mary Moore (Randy) of Oklahoma City, OK; and her three brothers Jim Fisher (Kim) of Gilbert, AZ; Bill Fisher (Linda) of Oklahoma City, OK and Pat Fisher (Bridget) of Moore, OK. Her mother-in-law Odella Courville of Glendale, AZ; her sister-in-law Rena Smith (Bruce) of Newport Beach, CA and 14 nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews also survive her. Jane donated her body for colon cancer research. A memorial Celebration of Life Mass will be held at St. Helen's Catholic Church, 5510 W. Cholla, Glendale, AZ, on Thursday July 3, 2003 at 11:00AM. When Jane was born she was crying and everyone around her was smiling. She lived her life so that when she died, she is the one smiling and everyone around her are the ones crying. God has her in His keeping and we have her in our hearts. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jane's memory may be made to Life Legacy of Tucson, 7739 E. Broadway, Suite 124, Tucson, AZ 85710.
