Survivors include her husband, Theo; daughter, Susan Kaye Lamb of Chula Vista; son, Ted of Prescott, Ariz.; and sister, Macey Patrick of Fort Worth, Texas. Services: 10 a.m. tomorrow, Glen Abbey Mortuary Little Chapel of the Roses, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita. Inurnment: Glen Abbey Memorial Park, Bonita. Donations: Sharp Hospice, P.O.
