James Theodore Neal, 87, of Phoenix, AZ passed away June 28, 2003. 

James was born November 4, 1915 in Zion, Illinois. 

He is survived by his wife Rachel E., daughters, Nancy Simmons, Teddi Nicolosi, and Judi Pierce; eight grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. 

Visitation will be Saturday, July 5, 2003, 9-11 AM at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. 7th St., Phoenix, AZ with service following at 11:00 AM. 

Memorial contributions in his name can be made to World Vision, 25003 S. Lakestar Dr., Sun Lakes, AZ 85248.
