Carl Sumner Westerberg, Jr. of Yuma, AZ died early on Wednesday, June 25, 2003 at the VA Medical Center in Phoenix. 

He was 61 and an Army Veteran and no local services are planned. 

Burial will be in the family plot in Big Fork, MN. 

The family asks donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
