Freida May Holt, 83, of Tempe, AZ passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2004. She was born May 24, 1920 in Burlington, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her son, Larry Wayne Holt. She is survived by husband, Charles " Smokey"; daughters, Mary Helen Griffin and Joyce Jones; brother, Bill Varvel; 9 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services were held Wednesday, January 21, 2004, with viewing at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Lakeshore Ward, 6001 S. Lakeshore Dr., Tempe, AZ. Burial in Gridley, Kansas.
