He is survived by his wife, Clare; his son Kyle; and his uncle, Ernest (Arlette) of Vero Beach, FL. Service was held Wed., Jan. 21, 2004, Hansen Arrowhead Funeral Center at Joy, 21000 N. 75th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308. Published in the Arizona Republic on 1/20/2004.
