Survivors include his wife, Kathryn, of Wickenburg; one son, Michael Sanchez of Mesa; brothers Frank Hutchinson of Washington, D.C., Charles Terry Fisk of Colorado and Skipper Fisk of California; and sisters Cheryl Kiesling of Oregon and Evelyn Gragg of Wittmann. Services have been held.
