PERUSSE, Jean Armand

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ May 19, 1999, p. 16 Jean Armand Perusse of Wickenburg died May 17 in Peoria, Arizona. He was 64. Mr. Perusse was born March 29, 1935 in Manchester, New Hampshire. He had lived in Wickenburg for the past 20 years as co-owner of the Westerner Motel. Previously, he worked for the Leukemia Society, the Boy Scouts of America and was past financial advisor for the Kellis Draper Post 12 of the American Legion and worked at various newspapers, beginning his career at the Union Leader in Manchester. He also was an Air Force veteran. Survivors include his wife Marguerite (Peggy) of Wickenburg; son Dwayne of Prescott Valley, Arizona; foster son Elvis Vickers of West Haven, Connecticut; father Rosario of Manchester; sister Claudette Jolin of Manchester; brother Marcel of Lewisberry, Pennsylvania; and two grandchildren. Family services have been held. Contributions may be made in Mr. Perusse’s name to the Sun Health Foundation/Hospice Care Services, P. O. Box 2015, Sun City, AZ 85372. Frey Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Wickenburg handled the arrangements.
