Jonathan Paul Mick of Glendale, Arizona died July 29, 1999 in Bullhead City. He was 10. Jonathan was born December 5, 1988 in Phoenix and had lived in Arizona his entire life.
Jonathan was a bright, politely mannered, outgoing child. He was an all-around boy who loved baseball, football, skateboarding, rollerblading, camping, fishing and riding his bike. He had a certain personality that everyone enjoyed. He touched the hearts of everyone he came in contact with at school, playing sports anywhere he was. He had the knack of pumping his fellow teammates up, when things looked good and bad. He was gentle-natured boy who loved to love and be loved.
His love ran like the waters, it ran so very deep. His love was like mountains, through which the rivers leaped. Sometimes it was like the bluest sky, so deep, so clear. His love, it was even like the lazy clouds that float so high above. When you think if him, may you dance, may you sing, may your heart soar free. His love, his love, he gave to you, as you gave yours, to him. Jonathan will be greatly missed by all his family and all those whose lives he touched along the way.
Survivors include his parents Richard E. and Lori C. Mick of Glendale, Arizona; brothers Richard E. Jr. and Austin M; sisters Trisha L. and Tiffany A.; grandparents Paul G. and Grace F. Mick, Romelle and Bill Costanzi of Wickenburg; and Gordon Mallicoat, a former Wickenburg resident; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held Sunday at the Wickenburg Funeral Home, with funeral services being held at a later date.
Brown’s Wickenburg Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
