The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ August 11, 1999, p. 12 Cecelia Williams Dixon of Vienna, Ohio and a former Wickenburg resident, died August 4. She was 82. Mrs. Dixon was born August 17, 1916 in Warren, Ohio. Survivors include two sons, Thomas Williams of Vienna and James D. Williams of Wilcox, Saskatchewan, Canada; a daughter, Marjorie Moy of Brookfield, Ohio; a brother, Regis Lutz of Warren; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband of 45 years, Roy B. Williams, in 1985; her second husband, Roland Dixon, in 1997; a son, Donald; two sisters, Dorothy Goffin and Marguerite Richmond; and two brothers, Ralph and Alvin Lutz. Services have been held.
