The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ September 1, 1999, p. 12 William (Bill) Cheadle, Sr. of Wickenburg, died August 19 in Peoria. He was 91. Mr. Cheadle was born March 27, 1908 in Wilmington, Delaware. He had lived in Arizona for the past three years. Survivors include his son William P. Cheadle, Jr., and daughter-in-law Rose P. Cheadle of Wickenburg; brother Walter Cheadle of Downington, Pennsylvania; grandchildren Andrew Cheadle of Wickenburg, Mary Cheadle of Lakewood, California, William P. Cheadle III of Safety Harbor, Florida, James S. Cheadle of Pitman, New Jersey and Evelyn Cheadle of Jonestown, Pennsylvania; and nieces and nephews Sarah Cheadle Steveline of Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, Dorothy (and Harry) Ripple of Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania and James and Robert Tartala of Pennsylvania. Memorial Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 4 at Frey Funeral Home. Pastor Ed Wessling will officiate.
