Patricia M. Griesbach of Wickenburg died September 8, 1999 in Wickenburg. She was 69. Mrs. Griesbach was born March 24, 1930 in Los Angeles for 28 years.
Her childhood was happy, and she was a fun-loving teenager with a good sense of humor. Pat loved animals, especially horses. Riding was one of her pleasures even though she didn’t ride much in her later years. She made friends easily and loyalty to them was a trait she was well-known for. Some of her friendships go back to her childhood and teen years.
Daughters Cindy, son Ronnie, who preceded her in death in 1994, and John were Pat’s life. She was totally supportive of all they wanted to achieve in their lives.
Pat was happy doing needlework, playing the slot machines, and helping John build houses and when she wasn’t baking cookies. She was good at whatever she laid her hands to. As with many of us, Pat was not a saint but a wonderful, loving person who will be missed and cherished by all who know her.
Survivors include her husband John D. Griesbach of Wickenburg; daughter Cynthia Staffs of Fon Du Lac, Wisconsin; grandson Nicklas Staggs of Fon Du Lac, Wisconsin; and cousins Winston and Robbie Pease of Morrow Bay, California.
Visitation was held at 7 p.m. Friday, September 10at the Wickenburg Funeral Home, followed by the funeral service at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 11 at the Wickenburg Cemetery. Pastor Robert Goldenberg officiated.
Brown’s Wickenburg Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
