Dwight E. “Toehead” Bruning of Wickenburg, died September 25 in Sun City West.   He was 71.  Mr. Bruning was born December 30, 1927.  He had lived in Arizona for the past 16 years.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Bruning and daughter Jane Bruning, of Lakewood, Colorado; sons Jim Bruning of Ames, Iowa and Dave Bruning of Golden, Colorado; sisters Charlotte Silva of Santa Maria, California, Ilene Moore of Kansas City, Missouri, Ruth Sheppard of Birmingham, Alabama and Joan Penick of Dolan Springs; brothers Virgil Bruning of Overland Park, Kansas, Roger Bruning of Orrick, Missouri and Keith Bruning of Milburn, Florida and three grandchildren.

Services have been held.
