He had lived in Arizona for the past four years. Survivors include his wife, Nancy; daughters Barbara Barton of Georgia, Caroline Salazar of Florida, and Susan DeLeon of Florida; sons Kevin Gunter and Steve Barton, both of Florida; and his mother, Dewie Mae Paulk of Florida.
