Marshall Stohquist of Wickenburg died October 6 in Prescott.  He was 78.  Mr. Stohlquist was born June 9, 1921 in Cherry Valley, Illinois.

He was a retired dairy farmer and a World War II Army veteran and a prisoner of war in that conflict.

Survivors include his wife, Betty; step-daughter Sandy Hayes of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; sons Corey Stohlquist of Marengo, Illinois and Mark Stohlquist of Chicago, Illinois; step-sons Tom and John Sylvester of Hawaii; brother Ronald Stohlquist of Morengo; and 12 grandchildren.

Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, October 13 at the Wickenburg Elks Lodge.
