Vernon C. Forinash of Congress died October 17 in Phoenix.  He was 71.  Mr. Forinash was born June 30, 1928 in West Virginia.  He had lived in Arizona for the past eight years.

Survivors include two daughters, Verna Attebery of Congress and Barbara Hardy of Fallon, Nevada; two sisters, Shirley Sutton and Madilan Baker; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, October 21 at Frey Funeral Home.
